Thank you so much for helping us out on our finished basement project. From the first meeting, you guys showed clear communication, efficient work habits, and no surprises. The project ran as planned and what you said you were going to do you did. Gerry and I feel you guys went above and beyond with your service. Even though I signed off on the railing system in advance, when I didn’t like it, you had it changed at no added costs to us. All the guys were professional, wearing masks and doing Covid precautions. We really appreciate your help with eh project and plan to use you on our future kitchen renovation.

I wanted to reach out to you and tell you how extremely happy I am with the care and craftmanship that was put into the recent kitchen and bathroom remodel you completed for me.
You guys did an unbelievable job and completed everything, if not more, than you said you would. Your quality of construction clearly stands for itself and Frank did a great job with installation. Frank tracked everything that needed to be completed and, in the end, I did not have one item for my end punch list as Frank was always on top of it. The job was completed right on time and I can honestly say I do not have any complaints about anything in the work or the process.
I’m glad I went through the design-build kitchen experience. Pricing was up front and I loved how you tracked what was given verses what was included. You even told me when several high hats that were included in the kitchen were not needed and therefore offered to put in my office at no additional cost as they were included in the original contract. All trades you brought in were all very professional and neat and did unbelievable jobs. I have had several people see the work and say they wish they would have used you when they had done work. I will be recommending you to anyone that is looking to have work done and am extremely happy with everything.

The process has been smooth and you and Frank have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Thanks for your hard work and determination through a worldwide pandemic. Who could have imagined? But everyone was respectful and adhered to all precautions to keep everyone safe while continuing the project. You guys got it done! And we are grateful and appreciative!
P.S. We are going to miss seeing Frankie almost daily. Teddy our son has even started trying to feed him and refers to him as “his friend”.

Chris, it has been 18 months since you enclosed an outdoor, second-floor porch for us to expand our daughter’s bedroom and construct a new bathroom. We remember well your team’s professionalism and expert craftsmanship. Looking at our 150 year-old house from the outside, you can’t tell that what’s there now is an addition. We’re thrilled with the work, and even more so, we’re grateful for your responsiveness after the job was done. When we had a problem with the steam shower unit more than a year after the work was done, you advocated for us with the supplier and we had a new unit, free, within days. We were very lucky that a friend recommended you to us and we are now proud to recommend you, without hesitation, to our friends.

Thanks for your service with our addition project. It was the biggest project we have faced and Lynn and I are both very happy with the final results. I know we are not done yet, but I wanted to thank you both for all of your hard work. Frank you have been fantastic. I really appreciate all of your hard work and the answering the constant questions I had. Chris thank you for your ideas and working with me on the billing and administration. We love what we have now, it has been fantastic. We had a party for Darby our one year old and about 30 parents from the area saw the space and loved it. So hopefully they will think of CAD Construction when the time comes for them to upgrade. I am finally getting a chance to sit down and write to you to thank you and your wonderful crew for a truly beautiful kitchen. It is not that I (we) have not thought often of how glad we were to have done this project with you. Quite the opposite, we have been so busy enjoying our new space. It has made such a remarkable change in how we use our home. This was very apparent during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. Our family of five (plus your furry dog fan!) no longer tripped over each other during food preparation and I personally enjoyed going back to trying new recipes as well as a former pastime, baking. Our kids have also hosted their groups of their friends and everyone enjoyed spending time gathering around the table and island.
As this was not our first home renovation project we had braced ourselves for stress, delays, and possible complications. I am happy to say that working with CAD Construction was a very pleasant experience. Starting with the clarity of your contract, detailing timelines and costs, to the end of the project where punch list items were finished down to the most minute detail, you came through for us. Your crew was always polite and accommodating to our family. I have to give a special mention to Frank, whose talent is unrivaled. He is a master craftsman and treated our project as if he was doing his own home.
Chris, it is one thing to be able to provide your client with a beautiful space. There is another component to this that was personally very important to me. As you recall during this project my mother became very ill, and between work and being by her side I was away from home during much of the time that you and your crew were working. Never during this time did I have to worry about how the project was going. I am grateful for the peace of mind you all gave me.
We would not hesitate to call on you again for any future projects we may have. We would recommend CAD Construction to anyone considering a renovation to their home. They have only to take a look at the before and after pictures of our kitchen to realize that you can make a dream come true!
